History

Factek was established in April 2014 by two friends. After the departure of one of the founders it served as a sole-trader type business for our now managing director RafaƂ Matera. At the end of 2015 is where it all began to change, the tipping point. Good flow and growth allowed for the mentality of Factek to change. Opportunity and a prosperous future now drive a company what was once only one sole-trader. Factek is unique in its ability to bring family values into a business context which our current managing director was so privileged to have. A philosophy at the centre of Factek is one that relationships are everything, as they are in family. We build on them with pertinacity, maintain them with competence and repair them when they are weak.

Aspiration

By 2020, Factek seeks to be a proud resident of a substantially bigger warehouse-office complex in order to aid our facility services and provide us with room to grow & develop. Growing our small family into one of at least 15 members. Over the same time frame we wish to take a strong position of corporate social responsibility and use our expertise to aid our local community in Maidenhead or that of causes close to our families hearts.
